When checking in to the holiday house, you have to present a personal id and provide the necessary information for the visitor’s card.

The guest confirms the correctness of the provided data with his/her signature.

The area belonging to the holiday home is located between the entrance gate and the pond, excluding the area with the solar panels, i.e. the driveway up to the bridge and also up until the bridge behind the island accommodating the barbecue house.

The (ball)playing area is located behind the holiday home or on the other side of the driveway, this will also prevent the ball from landing in the water.

It is not allowed to go near the solar panels and it is forbidden to throw a ball or any other object in the solar panels’ direction. Any damage to the solar panels can be very expensive.

Please take everything, which you took with you from the holiday home (dishes, balls etc.) to the outside areas, back to the house.

Swim and use the pond at your own risk. The pond is up to 6 meters deep. The entrance near the barbecue house is not so steep. Use a life jacket (bring your own) for children and do not leave them unattended in the pond.

Only use the fire pit provided to make a fire!

You have the possibility to use a washing machine and dryer (ask the host).

The maximum number of people staying in the holiday house cannot be more than indicated in the reservation.

We do not allow to bring pets to the holiday home, set up a tent or park a mobile home or trailer on the grounds without prior agreement. Additional charges may apply for these services.

Possibility to rent bicycles and kayaks (request prices from the host).

Please leave the house in good order, the dishes should be washed, the refrigerator emptied, the garbage and trash packed and the floors swept.

When handing over a house that has not been cleaned at all, an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros must be paid.

If the keys are lost, the cost for new ones will apply. If the dishes are lost or broken a fee of 10 euros per item will apply.
